Paper Vault operates as an independent, non-profit digital educational archive. All examination materials are curated for personal study, student revision, and classroom instruction under academic Fair Use principles.
National past examination question papers and official marking schemes are published by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka. Provincial and school evaluations belong to their respective educational boards, provincial ministries, and school faculties.
Paper Vault does not claim commercial ownership over official government examination question papers. They are hosted under academic fair use and public record preservation principles for the benefit of Sri Lankan candidates. The unique software code, site layout, database schemas, search indexing, and original editorial study guides belong exclusively to Paper Vault.
Paper Vault respects the intellectual property rights of all copyright holders. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted on Paper Vault infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

All examination papers, model questions, and answer keys are provided "as is" and "as available". While our curation staff strives for impeccable legibility and fidelity, curriculum changes occur periodically through the National Institute of Education (NIE).
Students and candidates are strongly encouraged to verify complex theoretical points and formula variations with qualified school educators and official circulars issued by the Department of Examinations.
When you submit study materials, past papers, or corrections to Paper Vault via our upload or request portals, you grant Paper Vault a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to format, optimize, and make those materials freely available to the public for non-commercial educational purposes.
In no event shall Paper Vault, its contributors, or volunteer curators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials, exam performance outcomes, or third-party service interruptions.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
